Notes and Conditions:
- Payment terms are net 14 days from the invoice date, F.O.B. shipping point. Non-profit organizations and companies with more than 5,000 devices receive a 25% discount on the software (add-ons, SMS packages, services and already discounted products are excluded from a discount).
- AppTec licenses do not include support, Basic Support must be added.
- The Price for 8 hours of Consulting is 1.400,00 €. Expenses are billed to the customer as incurred according to AppTec travel and expense policy and are the responsibility of the customer.
- The regular term of the licenses is 24 months. If you sign up for a longer one, the following term discounts will be granted: 5% for 36 months, 7.5% for 48 months, and 10% for 60 months. (These discounts are only valid for own products and not for services & hosting. Already discounted products and bundles are excluded from further discounting).
- The subscription can be canceled up to three months before expiration. The subscription is always automatically extended by the initially agreed term. Subscription payments are made upfront.
- Annual billing would be available upon request.
- Cloud option is based on Europe Hosting in a shared environment. ContentBox includes 25 GB of storage per company. Extra storage is available for an additional fee.
- The minimum order quantity is 25 Licenses. The minimum re-order quantity is 10. SMS-Enrollment-Pack (300 SMS) costs 50,00 €
- *Free License for On-Premise Version: Support is not included in the free license. Support only available combined with license order.
- AppTec School Package is only available for public schools.
