Sahin Tugcular

CEO & Founder

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/President of AppTec, Sahin Tugcular is responsible for the company’s vision and product/marketing strategy, as well as for sustainable profitable growth.

Prior to founding AppTec in 2011, business and administration graduate Sahin Tugcular spent more than 15 years with leading German software companies in the areas of PC lifecycle management and data security as CEO and other management positions.

As a serial entrepreneur, he founded, among others, CynapsPro, a security software manufacturer in the field of cryptography and data security. This company was later taken over by N. Kaspersky.

The industry veteran had his first contact with the IT world in the 1980s with his C64, on which he wrote smaller basic programs.

His areas of interest are artificial intelligence, IoT and blockchain technology. Mr. Tugcular is married and the father of two children.

Pinar Tugcular

VP of Finance and Marketing / Co-Founder

As Vice President of Finance and Marketing and Co-Founder of AppTec Pinar Tugcular is responsible for the Backoffice and Marketing.

Mrs. Tugcular studied International Business Management at a dual university with a specialization in Marketing.

Philipp Partmuß

VP of Professional Services / Shareholder

As Vice President of Professional Services at AppTec, Philipp Partmuß is responsible for the Consulting and Support divisions.

Previously, the professional IT specialist worked in IT at the Fraunhofer Institute.

Norman Kradepohl

VP of Development / Shareholder

As Vice President of Development at AppTec, Norman Kradepohl is responsible for the Software Development division.

Mr. Kradepohl studied computer science at the University of Freiburg and previously worked as a software developer at Bosch Engineering.

Boris Penteker

Director of iOS & Integrations / Co-Founder

As Director of iOS & Integrations for AppTec, Boris Penteker is responsible for the iOS Development team and the integration of third-party products into our management console.

Mr. Penteker studied computer science at the University of Freiburg.
